Re: NoOutage.com LLC New Entity / Relocating

After 27 years of being in business, we have decided it is time to make some changes.

Starting in 1999 was the perfect time. The internet was new with very little competition in the electrical equipment market online. Plus, the Y2K scare boosted sales that first year, which was totally unexpected. Overall it has been a rewarding experience helping many thousands of customers, solving technical issues, developing vendor relationships, and overcoming occasional obstacles.

Rather than selling the business we have now formed a new LLC in Texas with a new EIN and will be closing the Virginia LLC before the end of 2026. The NoOutage name, website, phone numbers, email addresses, and owner/manager will remain the same. We plan on switching online ordering over to the new entity on October 17, 2026. At the same time we are reducing our product offering to focus more on the popular items.

For customers this should be a seamless change and barely noticeable.

For most of our suppliers this will also be seamless. But for our vendors that have territories that do not extend to Texas changes will have to be made.

Again, thanks to all our customers, and vendors. We look forward to continuing our relationship into the future.

Sincerely,

Richard A. Buttner, P.E.
President
