Plug
50 amp NEMA 1450P

Most of the cordsets and transfer switches and panels sold are set up for 50 amp 4 pole twist lock plugs and receptacles such as California type CS6365 plug.  But some generators may have a 4 pole straight blade 240V NEMA 1450 receptacle requiring this plug.

Warning: Never install two male plugs on the ends of the same cordset.  This creates a safely hazard and violates the National Electrical Code.
